Delivery
We only make one charge for delivery regardless of the weight or number of parcels we send, including bikes & wetsuits.
Orders placed Sunday - Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours of order.
Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of bikes.
We work hard to ensure that our stock levels are correct and you will be informed at the checkout if an item is out of stock. Occasionally problems do arise, if you place an order and we find it is not in stock we will notify you within 24 hours of order.
Standard Delivery - Free UK Delivery
We are offer free Standard Delivery to all UK destinations.
Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class, Second Class Signed For or Standard Parcels.
Royal Mail aim to make delivery within 3 to 5 Working days.
If you place an order for multiple items and one or more of them are not in stock we will wait for 5 days, then dispatch the items we have available. Remaining items will be placed on back order. Back order items will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock, you will not be charged for the delivery of back orders.
Special Next Day Delivery
Where time is important we offer a Special Next Day Delivery service.
All Special Delivery orders will be given priority over standard orders.
Orders received before 2pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. We will make every effort to dispatch orders received up to 4pm.
Special Delivery orders will be delivered before 1pm on the day after dispatch.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Items that are in stock are dispatched immediately. Any back order items will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock, you will not be charged for the delivery of back orders.
The cost of Special Delivery Next Day within the UK is £4.99 and can be selected at checkout.
Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee
Guaranteed Next Day Saturday Delivery costs £7.99.
All orders must be recieved by 2pm Friday for Saturday delivery.
Orders recieved after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday and your card will be credited the difference between Saturday Delivery and Special Delivery.
European Delivery
We dispatch goods to all european countries.
Standard European delivery is £10.00.
Special European Delivery* is £20.00
European Express Delivery* is £30.00
