Christmas Returns
All purchases made between 1st and 31st December can be returned for exchange or refund up to 16th January 2010.
Returns and Exchanges
We will exchange or refund goods returned to us for whatever reason within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in resalable condition, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
Please note that unless the goods are faulty or dispatched incorrectly it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of the return postage.
If you would like to exchange the goods please let us know the description, size and colour of the replacement item you require, this will allow us to allocate stock.
We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Exchange items will be dispatched once we have received the returned items and will be liable to our standard postage charge.
Returning Goods
Before returning unwanted items please contact us for a returns number via email at info@puretri.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 68 08 220 (calls charged at local rate).
Complete the returns form included in your packaging. Please let us know if you require a new form.
Carefully pack your parcel and include the completed returns note. You can use the bottom half of the returns form as an address label or return to the address below.

As the sender you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We strongly recommend that you return the goods to us by a traceable method such as Royal Mail Recorded Signed for or Standard Parcels method and that you insure your package to cover the cost of the contents.
Faulty Goods
We offer a full manufacturers guarantee for all products we sell. This is generally a 12 month warranty, however some manufactures offer a longer warranty period, please check the literature supplied with your goods for details.
Subject to our inspection and agreement when we receive the goods we will always refund the cost of or offer an equivalent replacement for all goods found to be faulty.
For goods found to be faulty we will provide a full refund of delivery and return postage costs.
If we do not agree the goods are faulty we will contact you. In such instances you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

We will contact you within 48hrs of receiving the faulty goods.
